The Great Disruption: Impact and Key Shifts in Healthcare
Lauren Rinaldo is currently a Project Lead at Scarborough Health Network (SHN). During her time at SHN, Lauren worked with six partner hospital organizations across the central east region of Ontario to launch a new clinical information system and help transform the way healthcare is delivered. She is currently managing the training stream of SHN’s clinical information system implementation, and sustainability plan. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University, as well as Master of Management and a Master of Business Administration in Health Industry Management from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
Prior to joining SHN, Lauren spent 3 years as a consultant at Optimus SBR, an independent management consulting firm. Lauren worked alongside clients in the financial services and healthcare sector where she developed a broad understanding of business operations and best practices in management consulting.
Lauren is passionate about healthcare and business operations and believes that the future of the Canadian healthcare system relies on professionals to initiate critical innovations, creative delivery strategies, and transformative solutions to optimize cost management and patient outcomes across healthcare delivery systems.
